Warranty Returns

Shift Culture stands behind the quality of the products we carry. Most hardware and parts are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties (typically ranging from 1–3 years depending on the brand).

If a defect occurs within the manufacturer’s warranty period from the date of purchase, please call 772-295-9160 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • Important: Packages arriving without a visible RMA number cannot be processed and will be discarded.

  • Resolution: Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement will be processed within 14 business days.

Service & Labor Notice

Please note that warranties on physical products do not necessarily cover the labor or "Shop Services" required for installation or removal. All service-related work, including but not limited to labor, custom installs, and maintenance, is governed by our Shop Terms of Service. Any claims regarding service performance or labor must be addressed according to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement or work order.


Defective Returns (Out of the Box)

If you receive a product that is defective upon arrival, please contact us at 772-295-9160 within 10 days of receipt to obtain an RMA number. We offer two options for handling defective items:

  • Option 1 (Advance Replacement): We can advance replace the product by charging your credit card for the replacement amount. In most cases, we ship the replacement the same day. Once the defective product is returned and the defect is confirmed, a full credit will be issued back to your card.

  • Option 2 (Standard Exchange): The defective product is returned first. Once the defect is confirmed, your replacement product will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Replacement products are shipped via Ground delivery.


Repairs & Out-of-Warranty Service

If your product is past the warranty date or requires repair:

  1. Call 772-295-9160 to receive an RMA number and return instructions.

  2. Please advise us of the specific issues; an initial estimate will be provided.

  3. If the product requires extensive repair or additional Shop Services, you will be notified for approval prior to any work being performed.


Refund Policy

If you purchased a product from our website and wish to return it, you must follow these steps within 14 days of receiving the product:

  1. Call 772-295-9160 to receive an RMA number and return instructions.

  2. Ensure all items and paperwork are in their original packaging and the box is sealed.

  3. Follow the return procedure provided on the RMA sheet.

Important Credit Information:

  • There is a 20% restocking fee for new product returns. The product must be returned in resale condition in its original packaging.

  • Fee Waiver: To avoid the 20% restocking fee, you may place a comparable offsetting order at the time of the return.

  • Used Items: If items are returned with wear, cosmetic issues, or missing packaging, the product will be considered "Used" and a credit will not be provided. Items may be returned at the customer's expense or sold as used equipment.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a recently placed order, please call or email us with your order number.

  • We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. In those cases, please follow the standard Refund Policy above.

  • Cancellations regarding scheduled Shop Services or labor deposits are subject to the specific cancellation terms found in your service contract.
